Delivery and Returns

Delivery Policy
    • Domestic to Postal Address:

      • Delivery will take between 3 and 6 working days, except if otherwise indicated on the product description

      • R55 - Anywhere within the Johannesburg / Pretoria area

      • R80 - Shipping outside the Johannesburg / Pretoria area (please contact us if you are not sure under which area you fall)

    •  Domestic door-to-door:

      • R90 - Anywhere within the Johannesburg / Pretoria area

      • R110 - Shipping outisde the Johannesburg / Pretoria area

    • International (at the moment only available in certain areas and only to Postal address):

      • Delivery will take betweet 7 and 10 working days, except if otherwise indicated on the product description

      • R150 - UK, London

      • R100 – Namibia, Windhoek

 

    Your total delivery charge will be displayed before your order is completed.

    After you ordered a product, an email will be send to you with an unique order number. You have to keep this order number as reference for your perchase.

    A confirmation email will be sent to you with a courier tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Please make sure that someone is available to accept deliveries during the day at the delivery address given to ensure that your goods purchased arrive on time.

    All prices quoted on th website are VAT inclusive.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with an item on delivery of the item, you may exchange it if it is eligible. Please check the Terms & Conditions below to determine whether your return is eligible for exchange. If items returned to kidinet.co.za do not comply with any of the below Terms & Conditions they will NOT be exchanged and will be sent back to you at your expense.

Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs as well as duties and/or taxes when effecting a return. We strongly recommend that you take out insurance on your package, which is usually a nominal fee.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DAYS: All returns must be postmarked no later than 5 calendar days after the order has been recieved.
DOCUMENTATION: Your original invoice that you will receive with your order
GOOD CONDITION: All returned items must be in their original state with the original labels and swing tags attached and deemed to be unworn before they can be accepted for a refund.
SALE ITEMS: May not be exchanged.

HOW TO EXCHANGE A PURCHASE
There are two procedures that you can choose from when you have a product that you want to return:

(1) RETURN DIRECTLY TO KIDINET OFFICE: You may exchange an item directly to the Kidi-Net offices. This option will best suit you if you are in the Johannesburg/ Pretoria area and don't want to pay a courier cost to return the products. Please make sure to have the original invoice and the products you wish to return on hand to facilitate your transaction. Please return the goods purchased, unworn, in its original packing with all the labels still attached.

Please email or phone us to arrange returns.

Once we receive the return and determine that it complies with our Terms & Conditions, we will allow you to exchange the item for another item with the same cost of the returned item.

(2) FOR RETURNS BY POST: Items returned by post (if they comply with the above Terms & Conditions) to kidinet.co.za are eligible to be exchanged for any item to the same value on kidinet.co.za. Please make contact with us to provide you with postal details for Kidi-Net.
